Job analytics are comprehensive analytics data for each job posting. Here you can see how many applications you have from which platforms, and how long it took from the posting of your job ad to the job offer.
To see this analytic do the following:
Click Analytics from the left dashboard
Choose the Job Analytics section
Job analytics give you the following metrics:
Job page view by source: job page view comes from job boards, social media, company websites, search engines, and other types of sources. You can also see how many job page views came from each source
Applicants by source: Applicants came from job boards, employee referrals, social media, career fairs, company websites, and other types of sources.
Status average time: data on the date each applicant entered and exited each of your stages.
Time to hire: data on the date the job was posted and the date the successful candidate accepts the job offer.
Top Skills: The most popular (top 5) hard and soft skills that are mentioned in company jobs
Applicants by referral: applicants by referral in analytics refer to the tracking and analysis of job applicants who have been referred to a company by an existing employee or through a referral program.
Applicant status chart: this chart includes applicant status (the various stages of the recruitment process, such as "New," "Screened," "Interviewed," "Offered," and "Hired.") and number of applicants (the number of applicants in each stage of the recruitment process).
Applicants funnel: this section graphically represents how many people applied to you, how many moved to what stages how many were rejected, and how many received an offer and went to work.
