Converting Job Requisition Into Job Post

To convert a job requisition you’ll need:

1. Approval from the requisition manager.

2. Convert approved job requisitions, which will take you to our job posting screen.

3. To complete the job post.

Approving Job Requisitions

Job requisitions are approved by the requisition manager, who is assigned when creating the job requisition. To approve job requisitions, you will have to:

1. Click the Jobs drop-down menu in the left sidebar.

2. Click on Job Requisitions.

3. Click on the status of the job requisition.

4. Change the status of the job requisition.

The status of the job requisition is visible to the rest of the users, who will be updated when you approve or decline their job requisitions.

Converting Job Requisitions

Approved job requisitions can be converted into job announcements by authorized users. Doing so will take users to our job posting screen, where relevant information put into the job requisition is filled automatically in their corresponding fields, whilst the missing fields will have to be manually filled in and completed by the user.

To convert an approved job requisition to a job announcement, users have to:

1. Click the Jobs drop-down menu in the left sidebar.

2. Click on Job Requisitions.

3. Click the blue button next to the status of the approved job requisition.

4. Fill out the required and optional fields for the job announcement.
