The application form and cover letter are very important parts of the applicant profile, so you need to have quick access to this information.
To view the application form/cover letter you need to:
Open Candidate profile
Click on the Application form tab
You can see every application connected to every job, and with that, you can see every answer from the applicant in appropriate sections.
